Welcome to the website of the Lasswade District Civic Society based in Lasswade, Midlothian, Scotland.

Our general remit is to preserve and enhance the natural and built environment of the area with particular respect to the River North Esk and its valley.   

The website contains information such as committee membership, recent newsletters, details of how to join etc. Mainly however, we hope that it will comprise contributions by members and local residents, both present and past.
